Born and brought up in Ahmedabad, India, Dev completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) — laying a strong foundation in business acumen and financial discipline. Soon after, he stepped into the Real Estate sector.

Driven by ambition and a global outlook, Dev relocated to the United States in 2003 — carrying the values of his homeland and the vision of a global future.
